RETURNS

Please make your choice wisely, THE BEAUTY CIRCLE does not offer refunds or returns for any products purchased. We recommend getting in touch via phone, email or in-clinic before purchasing. We’ll be able to provide you with tailored advice for your skin needs and goals. 

If you receive a faulty item, we can offer a replacement after assessment.

  

CANCELLATIONS

 
At THE BEAUTY CIRCLE, we understand life happens sometimes and things come up last minute. In-clinic appointments and online consults, we always try our best to accommodate our client’s needs.

If you can’t attend, we kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. To avoid a 30% Cancellation/No Show fee, please let us know as soon as possible.
